Job Summary:
The HR Metrics Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting HR data to support strategic decision-making within the organization. This role involves interpreting complex data sets and transforming them into actionable insights to enable effective HR planning and enhance overall organizational performance. Key Responsibilities:

6. Provide expertise in data analysis methodologies, statistical techniques, and predictive modeling to support HR decision-making.

8. Support the HR Metrics Manager in developing and implementing HR analytics strategies, frameworks, and systems.
9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR data-related issues and ensure effective data governance.
10. Assist in the design and delivery of HR surveys to gather employee feedback and measure employee satisfaction, engagement, and other relevant HR metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an HR Metrics Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a large organization.
3. Solid understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
4. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, statistical software (e.g., R, SPSS), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw meaningful insights.
